How to file a takedown notice
Email the agent above with all of the following:
- The copyrighted work you own (title, URL, or a description precise enough to identify it).
- The infringing content in Tenang (screen, post title/URL, date you saw it).
- Your full name, address, and email so we can reach you.
- This statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We review the notice and remove or disable access to the content if it is valid — usually within 5 business days.
- We keep a record of every notice and what we did about it. If a user posted the content, we notify them and give them a chance to counter-notify.
- Repeat infringers lose their accounts (Terms of Service §8 and §13).
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake (for example fair use or you own the rights), reply to the removal email with your name, address, the removed content's identification, consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. We restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action first.

Cara mengajukan pemberitahuan

- Nama lengkap, alamat, dan email Anda.
- Pernyataan: “Saya meyakini dengan itikad baik bahwa penggunaan di atas tidak diizinkan oleh pemilik hak cipta, agennya, atau hukum.”
- Pernyataan: “Informasi dalam pemberitahuan ini akurat, dan di bawah sumpah palsu saya berwenang bertindak atas nama pemilik hak cipta.”
- Tanda tangan fisik atau elektronik Anda.
Yang terjadi selanjutnya
- Kami meninjau pemberitahuan dan menghapus atau menutup akses ke konten jika sah — biasanya dalam 5 hari kerja.
- Kami mencatat setiap pemberitahuan dan tindakan kami. Jika konten diunggah pengguna, kami memberi tahu mereka dan memberi kesempatan mengajukan sanggahan.

Sanggahan
